Baden-Baden, 12.08.2008: Bayanoo ist die erste Handyvertragstauschbörse in Deutschland. Die Kerndienstleistung besteht aus der Vermittlung von laufenden Mobilfunkverträgen. Die Nutzer können auf dem Portal ihren nicht mehr gewollten Handyvertrag einstellen (einmalige Kosten von 5,90 €) und/oder nach passenden Verträgen suchen (kostenlos). Werden sich Anbieter und Interessent über den Vertragswechsel einig, so kann das entsprechend von der Telefongesellschaft erforderliche Formular (Bayanoo-Downloadservice) ausgefüllt und unterschrieben werden. Nach ca. einer Woche ist die Übertragung des Vertrages abgeschlossen. Nach Zahlen des statistischen Bundesamtes kommen auf 100 Bundesbürger ca. 105 Mobilfunkverträge. Von derzeit über 82 Mio. aktiven Mobilfunkverträgen sind ca. 15 Millionen Vertragsinhaber mit ihrem Handyvertrag unzufrieden – 15 Mio. potentielle Kunden für die Handyvertragstauschbörse Bayanoo.
Bayanoo generiert derzeit Einnahmen über die Kerndienstleistung. Weitere Einnamequellen sind Provisionen, Werbung und Verkaufserlöse für Marktforschungsdaten.
Das Unternehmen wird vollständig, schuldenfrei und mit allen Rechten verkauft und kann auf Wunsch im laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb übernommen werden.
Die Tauschbörse wird ab heute (12.08.2008) bei Ebay versteigert. Die Auktion ist auf 10 Tage angesetzt, der Zuschlag geht an den Höchstbietenden.
